Never even got a call back From the Owner

I have used Mr. Roger's in the past and I call no one else. My expectations run extremely high when hiring people to work in my home. To say that I am picky is an understatement. I set up the appointment with the owner and since I trust him completely I left my door unlocked for him. I returned from a meeting earlier than expected and Brian was already on the job - he was early!! Who shows up early for a job in this state?!? He is so professional and he too, is very picky. Brian will go over and over a spot until he's satisfied. He lets me know to call him to return if a spot reappears after it dries. I've never had to do so. Brian is meticulous and does an amazing job. Plus he's very careful of my belongings when moving furniture around. He's done a great job of growing his business and I'm not surprised he's very, very busy. Call him.

Mr. Rogers is a professional cleaning company. The owner returned my phone call promptly and scheduled an appointment quickly. He arrived on time and explained how they would proceed. He asked if I had any questions or specific requests. The crew is very respectful of my belongings and absolutely mannerly. I highly recommend this team. The first time I used Mr. Rogers I was skeptical if a number of wax spots could be removed from my couch. He made no promises but worked diligently on the spots. They were successful. Spots gone. Their rates are very reasonable and the young men are eager to build their business. I call no one else and I recommend them highly.

Brian Rogers is the owner of Mr. Roger's Steam Cleaning. I found his ad on Craigslist and called him for an estimate. His estimate was so reasonable that I asked when he could do the job and he showed up, ON TIME, the following day. He does a very thorough job and makes sure his customers are completely satisfied. If a spot reappeared after his visit, he would return to treat it again -- no charge. That was not an issue with this job. He was not sure that a wax spot was going to come out of my couch. It's one of the toughest spots to remove. Brian was successful. Could not detect wax at all. I highly recommend Brian's carpet cleaning services. He's a young man eager to grow his business and he completely understands the importance of client satisfaction.
