Description of Work: The business is operated out of their home. I went to drop off a computer during business hours on a day when the owner had posted on a local Facebook page that they had no computers waiting to be worked on and I had replied I would come over that morning. When I arrived, the company vehicle was parked in the driveway, but no one answered the doorbell either time I rang. Since I had to use paid leave to drop the computer off during their 8-5 posted business hours only to find they weren't home, I didn't bother to attempt further contact.

Description of Work: When my computer was fried by a power surge, I brought it for them to determine what was wrong. Heather immediately looked at the motherboard, and spotted some fried capacitors. This saved me from having to leave it with them and incurring their evaluation charges. She and her technician them gave me a lot of good suggestions for buying and upgrade. I was impressed by their knowledge and willingness to help, and their honesty. I'll be definitely using them in the future.
