+ -1 moreNot great. We are hugely disappointed in the service or lack of service I should say. Things that were promised by the rep were not delivered. It took many, many faxes and phone calls to remind the rep that she had forgotten items that we had talked about. Extremely frustrating!! Then only to find out on the day of installation that many of the things the rep and I had discussed could not be accomplished. She had measured wrong, they don't install those items, some of the closet parts weren't in yet. But they ripped out our existing closet and left us with a non-working closet for a few days, instead of waiting until everything was in stock!!! Work is still not done. The crew comes out to do work and then when it's quitting time, they leave and Not Just Closets does not follow up to reschedule!! It has been the absolute worst experience.
Description of Work: Tore out original closet and put in new. Not Just Closets sent out a representative to take measurements and get all of the items that we wanted included in the new closet.

+ -1 moreI DIDN'T HAVE TO STAND OVER THEM AND SUPERVISE THEIR WORK. IT TOOK THEM ONE DAY TO COMPLETE THE WORK. THEY STARTED AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED AND NEVER HAD TO COME BACK TO DO ANY TOUCH UP WORK.
Description of Work: THEY EXPANDED MY CLOSET AND BUILT IN A STORAGE SYSTEM FOR ME.
