Phil arrived on time and went right about his business. He explained the chemicals that he used and exactly what we could expect. He also checked for other possible problems, like termites. We're going to keep using him on a tri-monthly basis.

I called Wild West Pest Control Monday February 02, 2015 at 09:41 hours and talked with very polite and friendly female. She asked and got information on what estimate/service I was inquiring about. She then advised that she would give Phil (Owner) my information and that he should be getting back to me shortly. Phil called me at 10:51 hours on Monday February 02, 2015. I advised him that a few days ago I noticed what I believe to be a Termite Swarm coming from the outdoor foundation of my Fireplace. We agreed to meet on Tuesday February 03, 2015 at 11:00 hours, for him to come over for a free estimate. Phil also asked if I would place a few of what I was seeing, into a small bag or jar. Phil arrived at the time we had set the day before and confirmed that they were indeed Subterranean Termites. Phil answered the many questions I asked him. Plus, he freely gave me a lot of information that helped me to better understand the situation I was in and how he was going to deal with it. After Phil had finish with his inspecting and measuring of my home. He presented me with the estimate, to which I was vary pleased and satisfied with. After receiving my estimate from Phil. We agreed on the job being done on Thursday February 05, 2015 starting at 08:00 hours. Phil on Thursday morning February 05, 2015 arrived on time 08:00 hours. He was with another person whom he introduced to me as his son. Phil's son went around the entire outside perimeter of the house, trenching and drilling, in preparation for his dad Phil to go around the entire outside dwelling with the Termite Treatment Phil had prepared. The job including, recovering trenches and refilling drilled cement and tiles with matching grout color, was completed at 11:58 hours This was truly quick and reliable service with an affordable price. Phil was a man of his word. He did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. The free estimate included a great explanation of the work and services that would be done. Any questions or concerns I had were answered plainly knowledgeably and without hesitation. Also! A truly great plus Phil guarantees his Termite Treatment, with a Five (5) year warranty and Five (5) years of No Cost annual free re-inspections.

The customer service was phenomenal. I moved to Las Cruces about a year ago and did not know anyone well enough to ask for any type of company references so I signed up for Angies List. This is where I found Wild West Pest Control. I have used them about 3 times and each and every time I was100% satisfied with their service and attitude!! Great company!

The provider was very responsive... he came out the same day that I called. He was very knowledgeable & professional. I drilled him on all sorts of questions about the termites & the treatment and he didn't skip a beat. He had a work crew of 2 men who were also very polite, knowledgeable & professional. They worked hard and did a great job. After the work was done, moving rocks, drilling holes & applying the spray, they put the landscape rock back so it never looked like there was any work done. It appeared untouched. The holes that had to be drilled in the concrete were filled and the grout was matched. The cost was $4 per linear foot. I had a bid for a little less and a bid for more but I felt that these guys were the best. The warranty is great as well. Update 11-17-2014 Provider came out to do a free check (a year later). He offers a free check once per year for 5 years. Wonderful!

Excellent professional experience. Phil was extremely accomodating especially since I had to cancel on short notice for the initial appointment. We moved into a home that was vacant for over a year and he promptly showed up 15 minutes early for the appointment and proceeded to spray the home and even my 50x30 workshop at no additional charge. He was very informative, polite, and professional. He even insisted that we call him at a moments notice at no extra charge in case we saw any additional critters after he performed the initial treatment. The cost was very reasonable for the services rendered. I would highly reccomend his services and will definitely use him again.

They did a great job. They came very quickly--the same afternoon that I called them. They gave me a card with all of the information about the chemicals they were using.

Wild West accommodated my schedule and came on a Friday to complete the 5 hour service. They arrived on time and worked consistently until finished. I paid eactly what the estimate stated, and the service included 5 years worth of inspections to make sure that there are no future problems. After they were done, they asked if I wanted to have the property sprayed for the traditional bug problems. They offered and completed this service for free. Once I move in , I plan to have them come back for a regular service.

I had sightings of roaches, scorpions, and centipedes. While this is par for the course in the Southwest, finding a millipede was more than I could handle. I contacted Wild West and spoke with Sammy. He was able to schedule the work right away. He arrived about 20 minutes behind schedule, but Sammy was wonderful to work with. He answered all my questions (such as how the spray might affect pets and what I could do to avoid infestations). Most importantly, the bug problem was eliminated. I will continue to use Wild West for pest control maintenance.

We've used Wild West Pest Control services on an every 3 month program for exterminating our home and we've used them to also treat termite problems in the past and we are 100% satisfied with their service. Rates are reasonable and the products they use are very effective. Excellent, professional service ALWAYS provided.
