Victory was recommended by Anderson. We needed the interior wood staining done right after the windows were installed while the house was a mess with a lot of furniture moved & rugs rolled up. Because of the Memorial Day holiday, the work was to start on Tuesday. They had been here prior to the window installation and the scope of their work was explained. They were to provide us with an estimate before or at the time of their arrival to do the work. We never received an estimate and on Tuesday morning they called at 8:15 AM to say they couldn't make it to our house because they had another job. Nevertheless, because the house was prepared, we asked for an estimate and when they would be able to start work. We didn't hear from them until about Thursday noon- all apologetic as could be. We in the meantime had hired handyman to do the job starting Saturday. My wife was a lot nicer to them over the phone than I would have been.
