+ -1 moreThe compressor went out in four months and they have done nothing about honoring the warranty. I've been told that their firm in Charlotte, NC, International Refrigeration Products Inc., is supposed to honor the warranty, but they have not done so either. I have not been reimbursed any of the money that is owed to me. Beware of doing business with either firm when dealing with warranty items!
Description of Work: I bought a heating/cooling window unit for an apartment. The compressor came with a 1-year warranty.
