+ -1 moreI called for an estimate and was scheduled promptly. The technician arrived on time and completely the work quickly. As I recall, there was also a follow-up call from the company to make sure I was pleased with the service. Very friendly people with whom to do business.
Description of Work: I called to have the bedroom carpets cleaned. I wasn't sure of the size of each room but was given an estimate that turned out to be very close. The gentleman who performed the cleaning was friendly, prompt, and experienced in carpet cleaning. He did what I had expected to be done and did it efficiently.

+ -1 more. You call for an appointment and they will come and clean your carpets. I pay by check and have always been given a detailed bill for all cleaning done. I have also had them clean my davenport and love seat. No problems have been experienced at any time. Good company, good job, very happy with their work.
Description of Work: We moved here in 2000. The carpets in the house were flithly and had been neglected. Lots of smoking had been done in the house. Ray, the carpet cleaner came and cleaned the carpets and applied scotch guarding. Wonderful job, smell of smoke was gone and carpets were really clean. Every year since including the coming year Ray will come to clean the carpets and we have never been disapointed in the job they have done. The carpet in this house is a cream color so having them cleaned and not having any remaining spots is important. Also, I am a clean freak and keep an extremely clean house. Ray does an outstanding job and when he leaves not only are the carpets clean but I am not faced with a lot of mess from the cleaning. I highly recommend this comnpany. When you call you get service as soon as possible and they arrive on time for any appointments. This is the company I use and will continue to use They will move furniture for you if that is necessary. Cost is based on how many rooms are cleaned. I usually have at least one to two rooms cleaned at a time.

+ -1 moreAlways excellent service from start to finish. Great office personnel, very helpful in setting up appointments and communicating throughout the process. Technicians who perform the work have always been professional, and all work results have met my high standards. They are not cheap. You get what you pay for, and for 10+ years they've never failed to provide excellent service and results. I've had bad carpet cleaning experiences in the past with a variety of other companies, but I never use anyone else for carpet/rug/upholstery cleaning since discovering Superb.
