Super Handyman

I chose Super Handyman based off of three phone call references, those of which I suspect were all friends of the Service Provider. He advertises a picture that has six arms, each arm presumably meaning a different category of service. He advertises he does irrigation, electrical plumbing, and elastomeric roof coating. When he came out to my properties he did not pull the hard winter baffel plate which is inserted in the heating and air each spring and summer and we were not even getting any cool air in each of the three houses. He insisted putting a new pump on the air conditioners. We later had to replace the motor because it got water on it. He doesn't have basic knowledge of master cool evaporative air. He even left the covers off the air conditioners after working on them. I'm out $400 on what should be a 30 min maximum job time for each property. It has been a nightmare, I'm still trying to get another service provider out to check the air conditioners. We have had over 31 days of 100+ degree weather and this is a major issue. I paid Super Handyman immediately and didn't even get what I paid for. He would come down off the roof with a pay men now atittude with a much higher dollar amount than he estimated.
