We recently completed construction of our new home. Initially, Scott put us in contact with a very talented designer/draftsman and we developed a custom floor plan for our dream home. Throughout the process Scott provided suggestions and insights on how to improve the design. From that, Scott provided us a price and we began construction in late November 2013. Throughout the building process Scott was on site on a daily basis and eager to answer any and all of my questions. Unlike a previous contractor (on an earlier house), Scott encouraged me to visit the house site as often as I liked (generally daily) and introduced me to all of the subcontractors. Scott has an excellent eye for detail and insisted that his subs do quality work. Most have worked with him for10-15 years. Two phrases that Scott used throughout construction when we asked for alterations were: "That's not a problem" or "We can do that". Throughout the project Scott was very patient in waiting for us to make the innumerable decisions on everything from flooring to plumbing fixtures. From the beginning, Scott indicated that he wanted the construction of our dream home to be an enjoyable experience with as little stress as possible. It was! The last time that we hired a general contractor to build a house was over 30 years ago and I came away from the experience stressed out and swearing that I would never do it again. Not so with this house. If something ever happened to this house and we needed to rebuild I would definitely hire Scott for the project!

The price included him purchasing everything. He was very, very good. He was excellent. He came up with the design. We had wanted to go a certain way and he recommended changes which was a much better way. He knew his stuff. He came up with very good and useable ideas. He was great. He was very friendly and very personable. He was always available to at least talk on the phone. He would be there within a day if we needed. The quality of the work was excellent. He was very responsive. He was extremely professional. I intend to use him again.
