My husband priced around and did his homework and read all the reviews on different companies and found Schueller Homes . He came out asked what I wanted and gave us a quote. The next month we started the project

Part of our house was damage by a truck and needed repair inside and out. Inside and outside repairs were done. The work they did was excellent. Repairs on the bedroom matched exactly like original. The work outside front of house was also exceptional. The stucco repair and color matched exactly. The stone work done was perfect. Pam at the front office was great to work with. They had excellent craftsmanship, matched inside and outside to original walls and colors for the installation of an external entry door where there was a window. When they were finished everything was cleaned up and nothing to do, but use the entry door. They were a bit higher in price than some, but worth it. I tried a cheaper contractor on another project and the cheaper one left details undone and not finished properly. Schueller Homes does quality work. Diana S.

Price was reasonable, handled the inevitable issues fine. The paint job on our second bathroom cabinet made it look like new. Workmanship was excellent.

I am very satisfied with the work and with the customer service from Schueller Homes. I had only one issue, which was that their initial quote was 20% less than the final invoice for the project. However, Dan and Pam were willing to work with me on an agreed upon final price for this project.

They had the difficult job of repairing a gigantic hole in an adobe wall (no one does adobe anymore) with concrete blocks. The wall is beautifully blended and you cannot tell that it was ever repaired. Everyone was professional and courteous.

The employees were professional and kept me informed of their progress off and on all day. The quality of work was exceptional and they are very reasonable with their prices. The cost was exactly what the estimate was. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Dale was very prompt in getting me an estimate. The job was started and finished on time in spite of bad weather. All the crews were very courteous and professional. I was kept informed as to how things were going at all times. This was the first construction project that I have done and I was quite worried but Dale helped a lot to ease my worries and made some suggestions that were a lot better than my ideas. Pam and Dale were timely in doing their assessment and sending us a quote. They were able to get guys out to build our patio/pergola quickly, and Dale was at our house every day assessing the progress. The guys laying the concrete and building the pergola were kind and hardworking, and they built a high quality addition. The price was a little higher than other quotes we received, but we also felt that the quality of the work/timeliness in which it was completed was better than we would have received elsewhere

Dale and Pam were very open to doing what we were asking. They coordinated the various trade people to complete our master bath remodel. We were able to keep elements that worked while making strategic changes. We enjoyed working with them.

Dale, Pam and their team of professional were a pleasure to work with. I originally searched for quotes for just an upper deck with a spiral staircase. Schueller Home's quote was so much lower allowing me to have a home gym built, as well. The project went smoothly and was finished in the approximated time. We stayed in constant communication throughout, so we always knew where we stood on things like inspections and upcoming phases. Pam followed up with all my concerns and provided me warranty information on the work that was done. The workers were very professional and did quality work. Thanks to the concrete guys, solid flooring. Also, the stucco guys for matching the color of the rest of the house. Kudos to Derek for matching the new wall texture to the existing mediterannean style we have throughout the rest of the home. There are too many people to thank personally, but you all did an amazing job. We're pleased with the finished product and now going about putting the new additions to good use.
