(October 2013), I decided not to renew & I enlisted the help of a new realtor (who, by the way sold the home within a month's time while this one took over 6 months to do NOTHING) the Remax realtor REFUSED to give our key to the new realtor. We lost a week or so in sales because of this realtor from REMAX. She actually hung up on me when I told her that I wasn't renewing our contract. I contacted the broker (who did absolutely nothing). DO NOT USE THIS REMAX Company. Not worth it.
Description of Work: We used this real estate company to purchase & sell our home in Las Cruces. The sale was easy...we were relocating through the Government & I did all of the work. The sale of this home was a complete nightmare. Not only did the agent constantly berate us for not taking care of cutting the grass (the grass consisted of a postage stamp size plot & we moved over 1700 miles away from Las Cruces), she would not give us the name of reputable lawn care providers, she lost our pool key (the very expensive one which opened & closed the automatic cover), never had anything except 2 realtor open houses (very lazy...stays in office most of her time...that's probably why we ended up with her), rude, unprofessional, and when it came time to renew our contract with her

I can't say enough about how great Ron Chorey was (and still is) during our home finding/ buying process. We didn't know anyone when we relocated to Las Cruces for a new job. He was amazing. I am reluctant to list everything he did for our family as I don't want anyone to expect the same. I am not sure if he gave us special treatment but my guess is he provides this level of service for all his customers. I wouldn't think of using any real estate agent again. He is an amazingly hard worker and honest person. He is just a joy to do business with.
Description of Work: Ron Chorey was the real estate agent working out of this Re/Max office that we used when we moved to Las Cruces. He helped us find a house, arrange financing, arranged insurance, and basically arranged all of the routine things we needed done before we could move in.
