We were interested in learning about new technology he mentioned when my husband talked to him on the phone, however he called and said he had something to do with his kids and could not come until after 3:30 that same day. So, we waited but he never showed.
Description of Work: An appointment was set up, but contractor called and rescheduled for a later time same day - he didn't show and he didn't call back

+ -1 moreIt was a good experience. They took the call and they were out within a couple of hours. They were very responsive. The electrician who came out was very attentive to the needs and so he pretty much understood what I wanted to be done so he was conscious about that.
Description of Work: I used R Valenz Electrical Contractor to install the ceiling fan in my master bedroom.

+ -1 moreOverall, I could not have been more please. The father and son team are HIGHLY recommended.
Description of Work: After a series of tripping circuit breakers, it was determined that the service from the pedestal to the mobile home was needing to be replaced. The mobile home park replaced the pedestal breaker and Mr Valenz took over from there. He determined that an outlet was grounding to the trailer chassis. He also upgraded several circuits making sure that the wiring and house was safe.
