Description of Work: Replaced my kitchen faucet with new. Very efficient and personable. Explained the operation since this replacement has different features from my old unit. Have recommended this company to my friends and just recently to a stranger who was looking at plumbing fixtures and since he had just moved here asked me if I could tell him about a good plumber.

 + -1 moreLove Polo, Love his son. They are very professional but they really should get a friendly person to book the appts.I probably won't go back now.
Description of Work: I have called the last 2 times and the wife is VERY NASTY and off putting. I have used Polo since we moved here (7 yrs) Both times I have called in the last year, she has suggested i call someone else. Just short and not friendly. Professionalism and Responsiveness are both due to the woman who books the appts. Not POLO or any of the plumers.

Description of Work: I have used Polo's Plumbing at least 8 times over the last 4 years. I own rental houses and the do all the work from minor plumbing repairs, drain work, etc to major overhaul of the entire plumbing system. They are always on time and perform quality work. They are busy, but always respond to emergencies. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Called at 8:00 am. Made appointment for between 2:30 and 4:00 pm. Showed up within the appointed window. Removed the old water heater and installed the new one in a little over an hour.Friendly. Professional.

 + 0 moreCalled the office and set up an appointment for Wednesday, January 4 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. Plumber arrived at 8:15 a.m. He introduced himself, I explained why I had called and he checked both toilets. He told me what the problem was, said he had the parts in his truck and he went to work. Both toilets repaired and working in about 30 minutes. I chose this company because it had a straight A rating and because it was a local company, not a franchise. The service man told me the company had been started by his Dad 22 years ago, his Mother worked in the office and had been the one to schedule my appointment, and he was one of the servicemen. He was prompt, courteous and professional, and I would call Polo Plumbers again for any plumbing problems.
Description of Work: continuous water running in two toilets. Service man fixed both toilets.

 + -1 morePolo was on time and got the job done quickly and effectively. He made sure that everything worked just the way he would want them working in his own home. He was professional and cleaned up after himself. He narrowed the problem down to one of two things just by the description of the noise that I tried to mimic for him over the phone so he knew just what he needed to get the job done.
Description of Work: He repaired the pipe going to the toilet in our 2nd bathroom to repair the noise that it made every time it was flushed. He also changed out the handle on the toilet so that we didn't have to hold it down for 10-15 seconds in order for it to flush completely.
