+ -1 moreHorrible. Called and tech showed up same day to look at my broken torsion spring. Said office would call me to let me know cost and if parts are in stock or have to be ordered. Never heard back from them after calling them repeatedly leaving voice messages. Called competitor and it was fixed in less than 24 hours.

Description of Work: Replaced the garage door opener, serviced door with new rollers, and programmed door openers included the one in my car. Very efficient. He was in and out in less than two hours and took all of the replaced parts so I did not have to deal with them.

+ -1 moreEverything worked just the way it should. I reported the problem 4/30/15, and a technician arrived 5/1/15 to a**** the problem. Another tech arrived Monday 5/4/15. Everything went as it should from the initial contact with the office staff through completion of the job including calling ahead shortly before arrival so I could secure my dogs.
Description of Work: Over Head Door Co. replaced my existing garage door mechanical and electronic parts. My old system was not working, and it was so old that parts were no longer available
