Overall, the work was performed as promised. We had to request the insulation personnel come back and re-spray some areas of the home where the foam missed and we could see the exterior walls. The owner was very responsive to our concerns and sent the crew back shortly after our call. The drywall crew was very quick; however, there were places that they beat the drywall to powder and they used more nails than screws (even though we were told they would do just the opposite). The tape and texture crew did a good job and quickly completed the work. My major complaints were the amount of trash the crews left at the worksite for me to pick up (food, cans, etc.) and there were several places that had globs of texture that we will have to sand off to put up trim.

Rapid response, No issues with the crew or company. Very happy with the work. Made a significant difference in the temperature control in the house.

At my request, Ontiveros blew insulation into the attic of my 2800 square foot house. I contacted them on a Thursday and they did the job the next Monday. They estimated 4 hours for the job and finished in under 3 hours. They informed me that the attic is now insulated to R-30. My house is warmer and the furnaces run less since I had this work done. My point of contact was Heinz, a very professional and personable man.

Ontiveros was well-priced, punctual and professional. They finished their part of the process in less than 5 hours, allowing the roofing crew to put the decking back on before the day was out. I would definitely use them again. As a Realtor, I recommend them to my customers who have such a need.

The crew arrived just after 8:00. They did a quick walk thru to make certain of what they were to do, then went to work. The stapled up plastic in over (under?) the trusses, and blew in fiberglass. They used paper rulers in many places to make sure the insulation was deep enough to reach r-30. While that was going on, others hung r-19 batts on all exterior walls. The real surprise is that they caulked all the sills (the place where the bottom of the walls meet the concrete slab) to prevent cold air infiltration, and this is also the place where insects can enter. But they caulked it up!
