 + -1 moreOverall I was satisfied with the work. Company met expectations of 2 parts in a 3 part agreement by the agreed deadline. The remaining part was the finish work which I ended up doing myself. I believe that, under normal circumstances the full obligation would have been met, yet there might been an unexpected extension to the owner's holiday vacation. If so, I feel that i should have been notified and was not. I attempted to call from 1/1/12 thru 1/5/12 with no results. I had no kitchen for 2 months, Thanksgiving and Christmas included, and by the first of the year I was ready to use my kitchen and could not. Thus the reason for me completing the work myself.
Description of Work: Under the house/exterior drains, complete replacement of plumbing system with new addition for laundry room.
