 + 0 moreI am 74 and have given up clambering on pitched roofs. Jessie regularly kept me apprised of progress and provided us with 18 high quality digital images of the work that he did. The photos confirmed that the work was done as promised at the high quality that I had expected. One never knows about roofing leak repairs; however, Jessie has assured us that he will back up his work. Should a leak appears, I will add to this report
Description of Work: We have had an intermittent leak in a concrete tile roof. John the owner and Jesse inspected the area of the roof and suggested some appropriate and low-cost fixes. We accepted their bid and the work was done in a prompt time frame. In addition, at our request, some additional work was done in the way of preventive maintenance, namely: cleaning and repairing drainage channels; calking potential leak areas and renewing sealing of plumbing air-vents. We also had added insulation installed to heating/cooling ductwork
