+ -1 moreI purchased 4 LG TVs from Mesilla Valley Satellites. On the invoice is says that each of them comes with a 2 year warranty. The TVs haven't been working correctly from the start. The one in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. Numerous calls & requests for warranty help fall on deaf ears. They do not call back or service the products they are selling. I called the manufacuturer and was informed that the TVs only come with a 1 year warranty & that Mesilla Valley Satellites is not even a LG dealer. So Mesilla Valley Satellites misrepresented the product.

After calling the LG manufacturer, I was informed that those TV's have only a one year warranty and that Mesilla Valley Satellites was not even a LG Dealer. They were misrepresenting the product.
Description of Work: Purchased 4 LG TVs. On the invoice dated 4/23/09 it states the TV's come with a 2 year warranty.
