+ -1 moreI changed cleaning services due to poor quality work performed. Jared was very attentive to our wishes and arranged a team to begin weekly cleanings on our home. His team arrived promptly and spent a good amount of time on the initial cleaning service. The finished product was a beautifully cleaned home that could be enjoyed throughout the weekend without the hassle of cleaning. This was a welcome site since the prior cleaning service left may details incomplete for many weeks resulting in more dust, etc. for the Merry Maids team. The girls were very prompt, polite and courteous. I am a paralegal working remotely from my home, so quiet during the office hours is a must to conduct business. The ladies were very attentive and ensured they worked around my schedule. Am definitely looking forward to many more cleanings.

+ -1 moreAll in all not a good experience. They work great on a large, clean house. I live in small area and they did not work with me on meeting my cleaning needs. And I could not trust them without supervision.since they left my dog out in the heat. Cleaned a microwave but did not even clean a little cook stove and it only had a piece of pizza cheese in the front. I have tile floors and they do not mop and that little steam cleaner doesn't get down and really clean my floor.

Description of Work: There were 4 women and they spent 40 minutes at my home, which includes living room, kitcfhen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus dining area. They did not clean the kitchen sink, mirrors, or other jobs they said they were going to do.. I have 1700 square ft. amd alot of ceramic tile floors that have to be mopped and this was not done properly. None of the headboards on beds were dusted and none of the glass doors were cleaned. I do not feel that anybodys home can be cleaned in 40 minutes.
