MAJESTIC VIEWS CONSTRUCTION

They did a wonderful job, I'm so happy with it. In fact it didn't even leak, it's amazing, it's probably the one place in the roof that didn't leak even though there was no shingles on it. The owner was wonderful, he just had to plan his way because he knew I was a first timer and he answered my questions, he showed me what was going on and he's very good in helping me understand the whole process and then he put in the skylights. The price was extremely good, I got other prices from other sites and they ran $5,000 to $7,000 for the same work. The quality is excellent. For the contractors thatcame in to do the work and unfortunately I don't know the name of the contractors because they just arrived and sent them over. Majestic sent them over to do the work and he came over and make sure they did it and did it right. I didn't know what happened, I think it was an off day or something, one of them had a little bit of an accident in some ladder that they were using to get down into the attic from the roof through the ceiling and not all the way through, it may have a sizeable chunky hold in it, sent him off I guess, he got kind of sad and he forgot to clean up but he came back the next day and cleaned up so that was taken cared of so that's the only tick on the responsiveness. They were rather good for people to come in and fix that hole in the ceiling so well you can't even tell there was ever a hole there, it was perfect. The owner, as soon as I called and talked to the owner about it, he came right over and he got one of his own men to come over with him and fixed it right in, he didn't actually wait for the other guy. I'll be using him a lot for all kinds of little work, he's good with plans.

Majestic Views chose a great contractor to blow insulation into the attic of my new house which had minimal insulation up to that point. They did a through job in just one day. One small problem arose when the ladder slipped off the attic beam and knocked a hole in my living room ceiling. Everardo (the boss) handled the problem promptly and professionally with the result that no one would guess by looking at it now that there was ever a 2x4 foot hole in it. Also, he kept his cool and professionalism while others on the scene were becoming frustrated and difficult to deal with. In my world that was a perfect job! I will definitely use this company again, contractors and all.
