First the guy in the paint department claimed the cans of paint had been opened. They had not. Then he claimed the paint wasn't from Lowe's. I had the receipts AND there were Lowes' stickers on the lids to the cans of paints. THEN he said he could not shake them up since they might explode. Well, I've spent thousands of dollars at Lowes in the last 6 months but I'll never shop there again.

A professional contractor came with two helpers to install the double paned windows. They were friendly and efficient. We were very pleased with the work. We were not happy with one window and they replaced it. We would use them again.

Countertops arrived before expected date. I'm very happy with the transaction.

The wheelbarrow handles I purchased did not fit my wheelbarrow. I returned them to the store and had my money returned with no problem as I had the receipt.

They arrived about 15 minutes late, but did a good job getting the refrigerator in the house and into the space. They didn't damage the refrigerator and cleaned the hand marks off (it is stainless).

If you are looking for windows I highly recommend Pella windows from Lowe's. I had floor to ceiling windows installed in my family room. I live in a passive solar adobe house so we needed a window that would work with the solar passive heat. The regular energy saving windows wouldn't let the heat in the house. The employee that came out from Lowe's was good to work with. The contractors that Lowe's sent out was prompt, very good to work with. The owner came out first thing to get the job set up and had a team lead on the job site working. They finished the job in one day and cleaned up the area when finished.

I picked out a paint for my exterior front door that the employee said could be matched closely to my existing color, to which I brought a color swatch. The paint color was way too light. I returned to the store twice before I attempted to paint with the and quot;matched colorand quot;. I painted my exterior door and will still unhappy with the color-it was too light! I finally returned the unused portion and asked the employee to match it a color they definetly had in their computer. I repainted my door that color and am satisfied with that color, but it took several trips to the store to get a decent color. In addition, I had to paint the door twice!

The purchase of the dishwasher and installation were fine, but I was very surprised to find out that delivery was $79. The contractor that did the installation was also the delivery service; they brought the unit with them when they came to go the installation. The unit was not delivered separately. They were professional and did a good job on the installation, making sure the unit didn't leak before they left. This was a replacement for a unit that did leak.

Very well done. Lowe's made sure contractor's did the job right. Contractor's chosen very good.
