 + 1 moreEverything was fine with them.They were great. They were very responsive and they came up with good ideas with things I hadn't thought of. They were very professional. I intend to use them again because I am going to remodel my other bathroom and my kitchen when I have the money. I didn't compare their prices too much but I did compare them to a big box store. They were very professional.
Description of Work: I used Kitchen Concepts for the cabinets and countertops when I remodeled my bathroom.

 + -1 moreKitchen Concepts' representative was punctual, pleasant, and professional during his visit. However, when I suggested that I wanted two 3 foot wide slide out drawers for one of my kitchen cabinets, Joe dismissed the idea citing weight would be problematic. (It would not be with the proper heavy duty (50 lbs) slider mechanism, but I did not argue.) Perhaps Joe researched the matter and came to a different conclusion. Regardless, KC lost the job because I did not hear from them soon enough. What I do know is that KC's heavy duty shelves run $150.00 per shelf while Antix offered a comparable shelf for less.
Description of Work: Kitchen Concepts sent Joe to provide an estimate for organizing (modifying) two kitchen cabinets (one was a blind corner), one utility room cabinet, and two master bathroom cabinets. I wanted a two-shelf pullout system for those cabinet areas. Joe arrived at our scheduled time, made suggestions, and told me he would write up an estimate and get back to me soon. I did not hear from him for another week. Unfortunately, I could not wait that long to make a decision and so I chose another company to do the job. One reason I did not wait longer for Kitchen Concepts' estimate was because the competitor (Antix) offered a design for one of the kitchen cabinest that would better accommodate my needs for storage.

 + 0 moreI haven’t used them yet, but their service is very good. They are quite possibly going to do my cabinets. Since it was just partial cabinetry, they quoted me a fair price. I think they are also very willing to work with you.
Description of Work: Kitchen Concepts came out a couple of months ago and gave me a rough estimate to do my cabinets.

custom cabinets, lighting, marble & granite
 + 1 moreThe whole process went so much more smoothly than I imagined. We came up with the design, type of cabinets, etc. One the cabinets came in (it didn't take very long) they came and removed the old cabinets. I painted the walls and as soon as I was done, the cabinets, appliances, new sink, under cabinet lighting and counter tops were installed. The whole process was seamless. I trusted them enough to have them work on my house while I was at work. It's the best room in the house!!!
Description of Work: Removed old cabinets, came up with new design, put in new cabinets, under cabinet lighting, assisted in getting granite tops, appliances etc.
