Chris Johnson did a very professional job and he was very punctual and my dirty carpets that consisted of three bedrooms, hallway and my living room came out very nice. I highly recommend Johnson’s custom carpet cleaning service to anyone.

We have put off cleaning our carpets for many reasons. Mainly financial and we are thrilled to have found someone to do business with from now on. We finally found Johnson's Custom Carpet Cleaning through Angie's List and couldn't be happier. From the moment we connected on the phone to the moment we told Chris Johnson goodbye there was a professional yet relaxed camaraderie. We had work to do in another part of our home and felt absolutely comfortable with Chris moving freely about to get his work done. Our carpets look much better and so much better than we could have expected. We even enjoyed conversing with him about one of his children and the fact that my husband was a professor of hers at NMSU. We were pleasantly surprised at how little it costs to clean so much carpet. He was even able to remove some stains that had me convinced we needed to replace our carpet. Mr. Johnson showed up as scheduled, was very friendly but professional. He proceeded to clean the furniture and carpets very methodically. I first learned about Johnson's Carpet Cleaning on Angie's List. When I called to make an appointment he was pretty booked. When I told him I found out about him on Angie's List he said he would see if he could find a time for me. He called me back and asked if I was willing to have him come on Saturday and I said yes. I was expecting him to bring his son as I had read in some reviews but he brought his daughter instead who looked high school age. It was great seeing her work with her father. My carpet is a very light gray Berber and I had one room in particular that had old "pet" stains. This carpet had been cleaned professionally several times plus I had tried several stain removers and scrubbed it myself so I thought it was beyond help. He said he would see what he could do. What he did was way beyond my expectations. I could hardly believe my eyes. The stains were barely visible. The carpet in my entire house looked new. I had a smile on my face as I put my furniture back in each room. What else can I say? In addition he gave me a stain remover. I highly recommend him.

Best carpet cleaning job EVER! Chris and his son, Noah, arrived exactly on time. Being on time for an appointment is a must for professionals! They walked through my home to examine my carpet. After the walk through, Chris informed me of my carpet materials and the process they would be using. They went right to work and were done on 90 minutes. The post examination was also informative. The carpet now looks beautiful! It dried in 2 hours! Last time my carpets were clean, it didn't dry for 6 hours. Chris answered all of my questions and offered suggestions for carpet replacement, but informed me that my carpet was in great shape. I so appreciate his professional knowledge. Afterward, Chris gave me a bottle of spot remover which was totally unexpected. I am so pleased with this local service that I have told many of my friends about Chris and Noah. It is a locally owned, family run business. I love seeing a father teach his young son about work ethic. I have found my carpet cleaning team! Our carpets and furniture were very dirty and somewhat stained and now they look amazing. I would highly recommend Johnson Custom Carpet Cleaning to everyone. Chris came by 4-5 days before the job and gave us an estimate of what we wanted done to our carpet. He was very pleasant and explained what he would do and the cost. He arrived at about 9:30 AM and was finished cleaning the carpet about noon. Our carpet is very old and had a lot of stains. Our carpet now looks brand new. I had been using a Hoover Carpet cleaning machine the last 10 years and now I will toss the machine and use Chris from now on. He is very professional and takes his time in doing a good job or should I say a great job. After going to Angie's List and reading all the reviews about Johnson's Custom Carpet Cleaning I can see why Chris gets great reviews.

We just can't say enough about Chris--his punctuality, the quality of his work, his personality plus his great work ethic. He did all the work himself and everything was dry after two hours of completion.
