The owner arrived exactly on time--and had equipment and supplies. He was careful, professional and did an excellent job. The product utilized is excellent and "green'--with no odor/vapors. My carpet is very thick--and I have used other services in the past; however this service was certainly more satisfactory. I would give this company and unconditional recommendation.

This is the second time we have had Chris out to the house. He will continue to be our "go to" carpet cleaner in the future. He is very professional. He is a man of good character which is demonstrated in many respects. Here are some of my examples: He takes time to communicate both by phone and in person; he arrives on time; he is detail-oriented in all respects in carrying out the work to be done; he is not careless with the furniture. There is a huge difference in the "before" and "after" results in how the carpet looks!!!

To put it Mildly with a sense of Humor and because He has an Extraordinary Persona of Professionalism, VERY RARE These days....I would say his competition (and we have used several in the past) is kind of like...."Cheech & Chong" (LOL) !! Meaning the others are not remotely close to what he does & He and his service is like having 007 Mr. Bond.... That's James Bond performing literally the IMPOSSIBLE when it comes to Honoring what he says he will do !! He is Hands Down....."The Best" & I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing this valuable Service !!!

An excellent job of carpet cleaning was done by Chris. He was on time and professional. Chris was very knowledgeable of his service. The carpets looked even better the next day.

He worked diligently through the 3 rooms. He gave practical advice as to when to clean the carpet again and what we could do to maximize the cleaning. We called Chris (the owner) on Wednesday. Even though he was on another job, he took the time to answer the phone and listen to the services we were looking for and give us a quote. Two days later, he arrived at our home at exactly the time he said he would. He is not only the owner, but does all the work himself. It took him less than three hours to complete cleaning our carpet and did an outstanding job. Because of the cleaning system he uses, most of the carpet was dry within two hours. Our great room took a little longer because of heavier foot traffic. Overall, we were extremely pleased with him and his company and will definitely use his services again. We will also recommend him to all our friends. Job well done Chris!!!!

Chris was great. Very polite and punctual. He came on time as promised and did a very good job. Nice to know there are contractors that still believe in being on time and doing good work. I will refer him to anyone and will definitely use him again.

Mr. Johnson answered phone on first call; there was no phone tag or messages. He scheduled a time within the week that was convenient for us to test carpet (since it was wool) and proceed with cleaning. He arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the task efficiently and professionally. He answered all questions and was very courteous. The carpets look so much brighter. We definitely will use his company again.

Chris returned our original call promptly. Because of Angie's List recommendations, we promptly made a date with him to do our carpet. Chris said he would arrive about noon and sure enough, he was here right at 12 noon. We had told him, because of our age, we didn't move furniture and after he checked out the situation, he felt there would not be a problem. He had estimated it would take about two hours and that was about the time he used. When we asked questions about the cleaning process, he politely explained and answered our questions. When he finished, the furniture was back in place and we were very pleased with the appearance of the carpet. His bill was within the range of his estimate. He is a neatly dressed person and well spoken. We would not hesitate to recommend him and will plan to have him do other areas in our home.

Chris is efficient and doesn't waste your time, but is very willing to answer questions or listen to your concerns. I highly recommend Chris and will definitely have him come again. As long as he's in business, I will not have anyone else. His "extraction" process is remarkable and HE EVEN VACUUMS BEFORE HE STARTS CLEANING. I have never had a carpet cleaner do that, even when I ask them to do it!!! VERY HAPPY!! EXCELLENT PRICE. Very friendly and professional!

Chris was on time. Very professional, yet friendly. He did a great job, even moving back some furniture we were supposed to help him with! We will definitely hire him again and will recommend him to our friends.

My carpets were cleaned beyond my expectations. He was extremely polite and worked around areas things that could not be moved. Moved everything that could be moved and worked especially hard to revive an area of traffic wear that was dirtier than the rest. I would readily use Johnson's again.

I had contacted another company to come and give me an estimate to clean the carpet, but they didn't show up on the appointed day, so I went to Angie's List to look for a reliable company. The first name on the list had lots of AAAAs and good reviews, so I called Johnsons Custom Carpet Cleaning. I have to say that Chris Johnson deserves all the good grades and glowing reviews. He rang my door bell at exactly 9 AM, looked at the areas that needed cleaning and got to work. When he finished, the carpets looked like new. He even managed to remove stains that were from a whole bottle or cough medicine that I had spilled! He is a magician and I can't say enough about his expertise, business-like manner, and courtesy. Chris cleans my carpet annually, & has done so for 4 years. He is prompt & efficient, & uses a process that leaves the carpet just barely damp, so it's dry within a few hours. He's pleasant & trustworthy. And his prices are excellent.

Called the owner, Chris Johnson, to ask if he cleaned Chinese silk area rugs, runner from Morocco? He told me he would come out to examine the rugs in question. He arrived at the appnt on time and examined the two rugs. He told me he thought there would be no problem. I then requested a price to clean the two rugs in question, as well as two other area rugs, and a bedroom, closet and office. We agreed on a price and set a date for the carpet cleaning. Chris arrived on time, did a color test on the two rugs I was concerned about, and proceeded to clean all the carpets we had agreed to. Chris did a very good job on all the carpets and I have since recommended him to my friends. I would definitely call him again.
