Description of Work: Chris called before arriving, presented himself well both in the estimate and the job and did a great job on the carpets. Even said if the stains came back on one of the carpets he would come back and treat it again at no charge.

Description of Work: Chris did an awesome job cleaning and deodorizing our living room carpet, which had been abused by an upset cat. Urine smell is gone, carpet looks great, we're thrilled. And Chris can be relied on to be there when scheduled! He's revived older carpeting and cleaned tile for us too. Satisfied every time.

Description of Work: Mr Johnson is a delight to work with. He squeezed me into his busy schedule. Our main concern was oder from dog accidents and he took care of it beautifully. Of course the carpets are clean too!

Description of Work: Master Bedroom, Cioset & 2 small bedrooms. | |Chris was very professional, prompt and worked with me on working out a quarterly cleaning/pricing for my home. | |He arrived right on schedule and was prepared to do the job. His equipment is either new or currant and very well maintained. I have tried quite a few other companies. They have older and usually dirty equipment. Or do not seem to know how to work what the equipment they are using. | |The carpet where dry within the 4 to 6 hour window Chris said they should be. And it was an overcast-raining day. | |I have light colored carpets. The last cleaning company used a non-steam system and my carpets looked liked they where sprays with dirty dish water. | |Chris cleaned up their mess and the carpets look ligh, not dingy again! I'm confident they cut back on their cleaning solutions or buy the cheapest available. | |I definaty say "Call Chris at Johnson's if you need a professional and great job".

Description of Work: Cleaned all carpeting in the house which was not an easy job due to pet odors. He was very patient and worked tediously.

A few months later in December, he cleaned all carpets in the home. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and charges a very competitive price. And, he was on time per our appointment.
