He also educated me on the challenges flat roofs present and the additional improvements that I could expect in the future. Regarding my roof repairs, I was completely satisfied with the final results. As for the interior ceiling repairs, I was completely satisfied with Marioâ s drywall work. As for his workmanship on my Venetian Plaster, Mario is truly an artist. Venetian Plaster requires a high level of skill to match the different colors and textures of the existing plaster. I was amazed with the final product.

Jim and his subcontractors were punctual, efficient, and did a great job on replacing my combination pitched and flat roof.

This is an old flat roof home with original adobe and a couple add-ons. The 2100 sq. foot roof had been repaired and â bandagedâ multiple times. James proposed removing old roofing, replacing old damaged decking and installing a modified bitumen cap sheet. I googled this process to find out more about it since my other bidders all recommended silicone. It is a tried and true solution for large flat roofs in the desert (much utilized in places like Phoenix and Tucson). Jamesâ crew showed up early every day and worked hard to get it all done within 4 days. They were polite and courteous. Did a couple of extra things I asked for (applied plaster around the inside skylight areas, and brought down extra brick from roof, stacked in backyard). They cleaned up all areas and even painstakingly removed tar from several small areas where it was spilled. They did a great job, and I feel confident in their expertise. James gave me a 5 yr work/ 15 yr materials warranty. I have to say I am new to Las Cruces and have very little knowledge about roofing or other major home repairs. Itâ s hard to know where to start and who to trust. James answered all my questions, gave me a reasonable amount of time to decide if I wanted to accept his bid, and even gave me several former customers contact info so I could talk to them about how their projects turned out. Iâ m so happy I found a straightforward, trustworthy company for this very important and costly project. Thanks Angi and James!
