+ -1 moreMade contact with the owner of this company to come out to repair my swamp cooler, he was very nice speaking to him, and stated when he would be coming out to check out the problem. He never showed up, never called me, nothing.... I called him back and he said something had come up and I advised him that to achieve professionalism he should have called me, at the very least! By that time I had already contacted a different company and all was fixed promptly and perfectly with decent pricing, and told him that I no longer needed anything from him.
Description of Work: Nothing performed, he did not show up.

+ 0 moreHe has been honest and helpful; I can’t say enough good things about him. The furnace work was basic but he had to drive all over town to find the right parts and the price was still low. He is responsive and he actually sent his father over when he was out of town and I didn’t understand what he was explaining to me over the phone. He is just good hearted and you don’t really find that.
Description of Work: JB Construction replaced everything under the kitchen sink and he serviced the furnace as well.
