 + -1 moreWhile I felt sorry for them they were a disorganized, filthy shop. They could barely make a key. Perhaps service at your home would be better? Avoid walking into shop at all costs.

 + -1 moreMy parents had an issue with one of their door knobs and locks, and needed it replaced or changed. I found Integrity on Angie's List, and advised them to use based on other reviews. They were responsive, on time, well priced and went over and above to check the locks on all the other doors. Needless to say, I recommend these people.
Description of Work: Replaced a door handle and checked all other locks in the house.

Description of Work: They changed locks on 3 doors. They showed up on time and did the work in a timely fashion. All the locks are working good and I haven't had any any problems since they have been fixed. Before that I was having trouble locking the doors. I don't remember the cost but it seemed fair. I also don't remember the date but I believe it was in summer of 2012.

Description of Work: They came and opened two chests for me - providing a key for the one and promising to return with a blank for the other. The blank had to be ordered and we are still waiting for it to arrive.

Description of Work: Joe came out as scheduled on 2/21/2013 to fix two broken deadbolts and service one faulty deadbolt. He communicated effectively and politely and did the work quickly and correctly. I highly recommend him.

They were very friendly, professional and made everything fit and work perfectly. My husband and I are very pleased with their work! And for as much as they had to do, we thought the price was quite reasonable! We highly recommend this company!

Description of Work: The front door locks unexpectedly jammed and we could not get in or out of our own house. We searched Angie's List. Integrity had only one review but we felt comfortable going with it. The company could not give us a firm estimate because he had not seen the job, but what he gave us was very close to his estimate. He repaired a jammed lock and made extra keys in a very timely manner. He was professional and friendly. He told us to contact him if we had any problem. what a refreshing change! we would definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreI chose the locksmith randomly from the phone book. I called and ask for locks to be changed. He gave me an estimate for the number of locks I requested. He arrived on time with one of his sons. They completed the work in a timely manner. The bill was the same as the estimate.
