Description of Work: A representative of this company showed up with the insurance adjuster which gave the impression the insurance company was recommending them. There was hail damage to the already installed foam roof, but they recommended placing a rolled rubber like material on top of the foam to prevent future hail damage. The initial installation was quick, but very sloppyy. The edges were not sealed and seams were not sealed. Within a few days, large bubbles began to appear in the material. The material was supposed to be self-adhesive, but large sections did not adhere to the underlying roof. A white seal coating was applied, but almost one third of the roof did not get the complete coating. Repeated calls brought about a series of re-viisits, but each time they arrived later than arranged. Twice they arrived and worked on the roof IN THE DARK! To make a long story short, the white seal coating is washing off each time it rains. There are large bubbles in the material. The seams aren't sealed, and each time it rains water collects between the upper material and the underlying foam roof. Consultation with other roofers tells us that the rolled roofing should never have been applied over a foam roof. It was a $5000 mistake. This is a company that does not know what it is doing.
