+ -1 moreThe workers arrived early in the morning and worked diligently all day long. All of the workers worked so very hard and never took a break that we could see. They were very nice and polite and they cleaned up very well after the job was complete. They finished the job exactly when we were told. We were very pleased with the results of the job and liked the color of the shingles a lot since it went well with our home's exterior color. We only had to ask the owner to return the next day to seal all around the roof penetrations to have the roof be attractive for curb appeal, since they had only sealed on one edge of all the roof penetrations.
Description of Work: Removed existing roofing material; inspected decking for rotted wood and did not have to replace; nailed one layer of synthetic underlayment; installed valley flashing and one section of metal drip edge; installed 30 yr shingles; sealed around roof penetrations; cleaned up and hauled away roof debris; on flat section of roof removed existing roofing material; inspected decking for rotted wood and did not have to replace; nailed one layer of base sheet; mopped with hot tar two layers of Ply IV; mopped with hot tar one layer of Kap sheet; removed and readjusted satellite dish.

+ -1 moreThey were about $2000 to $3000 less than the other estimates. They even did extra work without charge. Mr. Garcia was very nice and all his workers were pleasant. They were very thorough when cleaning up. They worked very efficiently and completed the job in time scheduled.
Description of Work: They replaced the roof and used architectural shingles.
