They didn't bill me until October of 2013; it was a receipt with just a dollar amount of $250 and no details. I asked them for a breakdown of what was labor cost verses material cost; I never heard from them again. They were very difficult to get in contact with in general, I would not recommend them.

Went very well. This was a difficult application, since the roof is covered with solar panels, which had to be moved around to get a thorough application of the coating materials. The crew did an excellent job, kept the site clean and removed all the equipment. Roof was thoroughly cleaned before application of the coating.

They were reasonably priced. They were great. They were quick and did excellent work. There was least amount of disruption.

.Called to request an estimate. Owner came right over and went up on the roof. After looking the roof over informed me that there was hail damage. When I indicated that the insurance company had declined such a claim in the past, he offered to meet the rep and point out the areas with damage. I contacted the insurance company and set up a time for them to come by. Gave agent roofers # and gave him the message that the ins. rep would be contacting him. On the day of the insurance reps visit he was rude to the rep on the phone and never showed up. Also, never emailed roofing estimate.

Both jobs mentioned went very well, the workmen were professional, the results were as promised. In today's world, finding a company that does what it promises to do isn't easy. I'd use G Bishop again, and I recommend them highly.

This was not a good experience. The roof over the front patio is the lowest part of the roof on the front of the house. The membrane was installed in such a way that it ran up the sides of the roof walls so that it could be seen from the street. Think about a bright white line of vinyl and the strip of anchoring plastic (with anchoring screws) seen from the street on a brown elastomeric stucco exterior. The solution proposed by the roofer was to paint the white vinyl so it blended in with the roof color. I tried this, and it helped some, but it certainly still looked lousy from the street. The front of the house lost its stucco uniformity and the roof/walls above the front entryway looked bad. I demanded the roofer come back and lower the run-up of the vinyl roofing on the roof walls so it could not be seen from the street. This was done, but the previously uniform stucco under all this was rough and still did not blend in, thanks to all the caulk used to seal the original vinyl roofing still stuck to the stucco. The roofer painted over this, and the overall appearance was better, but no where near the original. I finally gave up, paid off the roofer for the job, and I am now seeking a reputable stucco person to try to repair the damaged walls of the roof surrounding the front entryway. I'm still interested in having the rest of the roof redone with the energy-efficient white vinyl roofing, but not by this company.

The skylight repair leaked in the first heavy rain and they had someone there within the hour who fixed it with no complaint or extra charge.
