Felipe is very helpful and does wonderful work. We had 6 dining chairs with rather complicated detailing and he did a terrific job in the recovering. New foam was also part of the job; and it is nice and firm. He was receptive to my time constraints and completed the job in less time than anticipated. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for upholstery work. He also had hundreds and hundreds of fabric samples in his shop to choose from and will call his distributor right away to make certain your choice is available.

I ordered it and he had fabric I liked in stock. It was made and I was very happy with the results.

It went well. We delivered 7 chairs, picked them up 3 days later and delivered the other 8 and picked those up 3 days later. Mr. Felipe counseled us about our chairs, i.e., that they were made well, didn't need to be replaced and what needed to be fixed on some. We are a non-profit, looking to saving every penny. He did not try to sell us expensive fabric, but instead helped us by suggesting in-stock fabric. which saved us $300.

Felipe told me he would charge me $10.00 to repair the cushion and took my phone # and said he would get to it right away and he would call as soon as he was finished. After several days, I had not heard from him so I called and he said it was ready to be picked up. I told him I would pick it up the next afternoon. When I arrived the next day, Felipe was not there and another employee located the cushion but insisted that I pay him $20.00. I explained that Felipe had quoted me $10.00 but he insisted that I pay $20.00. Rather than argue, since I didn't have a written estimate, I paid the $20.00 and left. The repair job was NOT adequate by any means (not worth $10.00 much less $20.00). I will NOT return to Felipe's shop.

It was excellent Felipe wanted to please me from the very start no problems.
