+ 0 moreNot an expert in drywall or painting. Woodworking skills are remedial. Nice job with with one fence panel. After months of many phone calls and excuses, the fence was never finished. Initial contact was good, however, as project lingered on, contact was infrequent. Can't beat disposition, but disposition alone doesn't get the job done, if done at all.
Description of Work: Drywall or painting. Fence work. Replacing door trim.

+ -1 moreLino returned my call promptly and had an estimate within two days of call. I drove into town to meet him on a Saturday. He and his wife were waiting at the property with paperwork in hand. Repair was completed and pictures were texted as work was progressing.

+ 1 moreI live in rural area in a large rustic old house. Its hard to find a cleaning crew thats willing to drive the distance that I require, this company was very nice over the phone when I explained where I live. They came out promptly and gave me an estimate and an invoice on what we both agreed that was to be done and the price. It seemed a lot at first but of course some of that was for gas.But they worked two full days in a house that didn't have air condition with the temp. around 100. Never complain about that, so the end results, my husband and I thought it was fair. I am going to use them again, I hope this can work out for both of us. Its seems no one wants to get out of the city limits, but this company did.
Description of Work: The main items that was cleaned was 32 rough cut ceiling beams thru out a 4,000 sq ft old ranch house. They did an excellent job on them, they hadn't been cleaned in a few years. Also the other major job was vacuum, moping and waxing a large amt. of Mexican tile, did a good job, also they cleaned and mop 4 rooms with unsealed wood floors with vinegar, good job, also shampoo one large room with carpet and cleaned the wood ceiling and window in that room., good job. also they cleaned the tops of my kitchen cabinets. good job. The rest consist of dusting and cleaning out window seals. This job could have been done better, I spoke with them and I don't feel that will be a problem again.

+ 4 moreOverall experience was great. Recommend them to anyone. Didn't give an A, since I thought price was the most I would spend. Certain items could have been reduced further in price, but it was money still well spent.
Description of Work: Drywall was repaired at a great price. The carpet cleaning that was done was superb. Will definitely recommend anyone for this service from this company specifically concerning that. The cleaning on the bathrooms was satisfactory. The refrigerator was cleaned to standard, but the freezer was not. Not a big issue with me concerning that. The stove cleaned satisfactorily, but had to ask them to clean the inside of the oven. A lot was being done, so sure that it was simply missed. The weed removal was done great, and the removal of the trash in the yard was done to standard. The response from them was expedient, and they were on time. They ensured to go over all items in the work order before starting the work, and to also to go over the price before starting. The time spent working on the different areas was close to 6 hrs. They were upfront and honest in their dealings with me, which is something I value the most. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
