Extreme Landscaping

I felt they did a lovely job. We have a lot of river rock in the front yard and they do an especially nice job using the leaf blower to clean that all out. Nice trimming. They like to be sure what I would like, and they do their best. They came back the next week to spray for weeds and the applicator did such a neat and careful job! This kind of business has a lot of moving parts so I do double check with them on scheduling, and it works out well. Thank you Extreme Landscaping!

Jeff was very polite and professional in his phone contacts. We set an appointment time and I left a previous appointment to meet him at the house. As I arrived, he called to say he was behind on another project. He said he'd call the next day to reschedule. His call came the following week. We rescheduled. He called on the rescheduled date to say he had free time earlier than our scheduled appointment. I was unavailable, so Jeff went to the house to check the leak without me. He gave me an honest evaluation regarding the leak, saying it was small enough (very slow drip, no accumulation reflected in water billing) that it didn't need repair.

After two days of calling other landscaping businesses with no replies, I called this company because of a referral from a neighbor. I needed help for a family member because of a large break in her irrigation system. Jeff answered his phone and set up a time to meet me the same day. He showed up on time, quickly assessed the problem, quoted an extremely reasonable price, and scheduled the work. We also discussed his company's commitment to values (yes, he's actually given thought to this.) On the scheduled day, they showed up on time (early in fact) and they made the repairs very quickly. Repaired the large leak, and found the problem with two lines that were too far away from the shrubs. Charged my family member the exact (very good) price he had quoted me. Then, he had the courtesy to send me a text, updating me that the repair had been completed, and what they'd found with the two lines that were moved. This level of courteous communication is a first for me in Las Cruces (especially for such a small job.) We've lived here for over 10 years and we're used to the regular routine of missed appointments, unreturned calls, no communication, excuses (police impounded my truck, etc) from a wide range of service folks. We generally roll with the punches, and do what we must to get things done. In contrast, Jeff has a professional approach to his business. He was courteous, efficient, very reasonable, and overall a breath of fresh air. We will not hesitate to use him again for other landscaping or irrigation needs. In fact, the whole experience was so easy, I'm almost hoping something else breaks, so we can call him again.
