Engel Coatings' team did an excellent job. They patched several bad spots of the stucco walls and blended the patches into the existing stucco. The paint job is perfect and the house looks brand new. The team was very professional and made sure gates were locked when they went on break or finished for the day so we could let the dogs out without worry. For stucco repair and painting, I only call Engel Coatings.

From the first I contacted Engel coatings all went well. Jason was always on time and in a good mood. He gave me a detailed estimate and as it turned out his was the lowest of 3 others i had received.

We had to have some stucco repair done on our house a couple of years ago, but a different company did a mediocre job that didn't last. Engel did a far more extensive repair job this time and did it right. They removed the old stucco, patched it, then textured the entire area so the patches don't show. It's hard to match stucco colors, but Engel came pretty close and painted to corners and edges to blend the color better with the existing stucco. Overall a great job and the cost was right on target. Highly recommended.

The entire experience from the estimate to the finished job was absolutely flawless. The company operates in a totally professional manner and provides written estimates which are detailed and cover all aspects of the work. They scheduled the job and then arrived as scheduled. They did quite a bit of stucco repair before the painting actually began and when there was a glitch in the color of the paint they not only had the problem corrected, they actually matched a color I had in my mind that was NOT on any color chart. Excellent! They were very careful and protected young plants around the perimeter of the house, they were meticulous in the application of the paint and covered windows and tile floors and vigas so that not a drop of paint ended up in the wrong place. Absolute professionalism! The men were polite and courteous and answered any questions I had. The house had not been properly painted in 16 years and they made up for any 'neglect' beautifully. My home is now looking absolutely like new and I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Engel for their professionalism, attention to detail, responsiveness...what more can a customer ask for?

Both experiences with Engle were the BEST. They do have alot going on, but all the staff were very professional and the work completed is top notch. I get to look at the wonderful exterior stucco paint job every day and it still looks superb a full year later!. The price is also "spot on" as I have gotten other estimates in both cased. Victor, the crew leader, was careful and meticulous. I rate this job as superb.

They warned us it would be a few months before the job would start, but they were on-time and did a nice job. They spent extensive time prepping, did the painting fairly quickly, then did a fair bit of touchup. Their stucco work seems to have been very nice. Courteous and helpful employees. The job manager isn't on the job much, but the two guys we go were great. Overall, we're happy.

Everything went very well from estimate to finish. Estimate was a little higher than others, but chose Engel on reputation. They did not let us down and I'll admit that we are picky. Jason, Juan and crew were punctual, polite and did a excellent job from start to finish. The house looks great and the crew cleaned up when finished. I highly recommend Engel Coatings.

We were really impressed with the professionalism of this company. When I called for a estimate, John showed up promptly and inspected our property, before emailing me with the estimate. This all happened inside of a week. Since we were changing the color of our home, he also left us with a color sheet of popular colors in the area. The crew showed up as scheduled and it took them about a week to complete the whole house. In the process, they power washed the house and did patchwork before beginning the painting. When the paint was delivered, I didn't like the color, because it looked different on the house then on the card. The crew insisted that I need to be satisfied with the color, so they helped me to choose an alternated color. We love the color and have gotten several compliments from neighbors. This was a great crew, and I wish all crews were this professional.

It went well and timely. Granted an early coating since house was pending a sale, so thought that was helpful. Finished in 4 days with quality workmanship.

Workers appeared on the date specified, introduced themselves, and kept us in formed of their progress. They were polite, considerate, and responsive to requests, eg to unmask the "doggy door" for the evening. The work was done to a high standard to performance, clean up was thorough and careful. No "collateral damage" to outside furniture, plants, doors, windows, etc was experienced. I have, and will recommend Engel Coatings to anyone requiring this type of work.

I had Engel Coatings repair exterior stucco and apply elastomeric coating to my house. They trenched around the perimeter to allow application a few inches below grade, then power sprayed the surface. They prepped and patched cracks and detached areas in the stucco. They carefully masked windows, doors etc. and sprayed on two coats of premium-grade elastomeric. When finished, they backfilled the perimeter trench and cleaned up the job site. Job was completed quickly and for a reasonable price.

The crew of Engle Coatings were a pleasure to deal with during the project. Our roof , which we had paid a company the year previous, Robert's Professional Painting, needed to be redone due to shoddy workmanship. We also needed to have our whole house painted. They worked hard, cleaned up and finished in a timely manner. I highly reccommend their services.

From our first consultation with the founder, John Engel, through working with the crews and the roving on-site manager, Jason Engel, our whole experience was outstanding. The attention to detail, the quality of materials, and the dedication to excellence was impressive throughout. We will not hesitate to highly recommend Engel Coatings for any of the services they offer and do plan to use them again.

It took them five days to complete. They cleaned, swept and pressure washed the entire roof; sealed with sealer and mastic tape all the cannales, skylights (7), and other penetrations; put on a complete covering of sealant over the entire roof and a final complete coating over the entire roof of Silicone. Additionally, the re-worked a leaking bedroom window and refinished all the drywall around the window and re-painted, and repaired a half-dozen dry wall leakage points and cracks around the house.

The team was very responsive, thorough, and professional throughout. They were very careful and the roof now looks great. They came when they said they would be here, carefully taped all adjacent surfaces and protrusions (vents, skylights, etc.) and did a great job of cleaning up. The foreman was here at the start of the job and then the team did the rest - they were very good and did not need supervision. They explained what they were going to do each day without being pushed for details. I would definitely hire them again and strongly recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.
