Larry has a great personality. He was very easy to talk to. I never had any trouble contacting him. The paint job was well-done. His crew were very responsible when they were working on the paint job. I would hire him again and would refer him to anybody.

Larry is a perfectionist, which is a quality rarely found in today's craftsmen. When he takes on a job, he takes it personally as if it was his own home. When he is not satisfied, IT IS REDONE! Needless to say, if the customer is not satisfied, the same action is taken. He is prompt and dependable. Throughout the job Larry is constantly checking (at times, after hours) with his crew and customer to make sure everything is moving along as promised. Work areas are completely cleaned up at the end of the day. His crew of professionals are the absolute best, and most respectful men anyone could have working on their home.

He and his crew were great. His price was very reasonable for the superb job he and his crew did. They delivered as they said they would as far as the time frame and quality of work. He takes great pride in his work being very detailed and thorough quality. We would hire him again and would refer him to anybody.

Mr. Raught and his crew matched all the trim paint to the stucco, fixed all cracks, dug out the foundation around the house and the back wall so that the stucco is sealed down below ground level, pressure washed the exterior, removed all the fixtures - and cleaned them before re-hanging them! He used two coats of paint and stucco on everything. When he was finished, he didn't like the look of the gate so he painted that, too! There isn't a surface outside that he missed. Excellent job! I would recommend him for any and all painting that you have. He seems expensive until you see the work that he and his crew put into the job. Quality work and a promise that if anything isn't done right, he will return to fix it. He also uses top quality materials which he left behind for touch-ups.

Larry and his crew were at the house 15 minutes before they were to start.... His crew are the most polite, respectful, and hard working men I have seen in a long time. Larry and his crew are all perfectionist, and go out of there way to please their customers. My husband and I were trying to replace an outside fan, Larry had one of his crew members take over and finish the job when he saw us struggle. We were so appreciative. Larry really works with you and color. We were using two colors, and he brought over about 4 secondary colors to make it eaiser to deside....His main and only purpose is to please and make his customer happy...I can't express enough how he is there for you...........If he needs to come back for any reason, you know you will see him the day you call , or definitely the next day....You NEVER have to worry about Larry being paid and never seeing him again.....He is very proud of his work..... Larry is a small business man whole knows customer service, and how to expand his business by the BEST advertisement, word of mouth.... After we hired E & R Painters, two of our neighbors had their homes painted........... We had other estimates from small businessmen and they were very close, Larry just won our heart....Wanted to take us to all the houses he painted that were around us...One of the big name painters in town wanted twice the amount and were taking every step that Larry did.... Larry will explain exactly what he will be doing, and he has an excellent stucco guy..... We could not be happier...........Feel that we have made new friends knowing Larry and his crew.... The BEST review I could give is that we LOVE how the house looks, and the garage door has the wooden look............... Thank you, Larry and your crew..............

Owner is very detailed oriented, neat, and fastidius. Recommends and uses quality materials. He recommended the elastomeric coating (paint) to protect the stucco from future cracking and to provide a further layer of insulation. He showed us a home he had painted with elastomeric coating five years previously. Still looked like it had been freshly painted. Checked on his crew several times each day. Solid quote even after extra work was required. Had previously hired E&R and will do so again.

E&R Painting provided us with the best service, workmanship, and professionalism that my husband and I have ever experienced. Contractor stands by his word, quote, and service. E&R Painting was 1 of 5 bids received and we chose them based on his integrity, character, recommendations, workmanship, and honesty. We were not disappointed, and are thrilled with the final product and the constant contact we had with them during the entire job. E&R Painting was very meticulous, conscientious and forthright. E&R repaired all of the exterior cracking, sealed all of our doors, garages, columns, etc. and painting was amazing. The house looks phenomenal! E&R took no money until we were completely satisfied..... I highly recommend E&R Painting. I seriously doubt there is anyone better in all of NM. If I could give a rating better than excellent, I certainly would.

It went well. It was a rush job & E&R responded very quickly when first contacted. They finished the job in two days. Even picked up the paint for me! He asked me to wait a day while paint dried to make sure there were no "spots" before taking payment.

The exterior of our eight-year-old stucco home was starting to show significant wear. Several cracks appeared to be potential problems in the approaching monsoon. We received four estimates. One was ridiculously low, one significantly above the rest, and two very close. Both mid-range estimates came from contractors we reviewed in Angie?s List. Ultimately, I think either of the two contractors with mid-range estimates would have done a great job. However, after meeting Larry from E & R Painting, the decision was easy. Larry explained with great detail what he planned to do and provided a list of references and examples of his work. He introduced each member of his team to my wife and me and made a point to explain what would be done each day and what to expect the following days. I don?t think ?no? is in his vocabulary. E & R Painting came through on time, on budget, and above expectations. Refinishing the wood was not part of the original estimate or plan but after looking at other examples of this technique, was an excellent accent to the rest of the new exterior. Well done!

He and his assistant were always on time and ready to go. He asked questions and discussed choices with me in detail to be sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I did. They were careful with my furniture and floors as well as making my 4 cats didn't make a break for it out the door. I look forward to working with him again when I redo my outside deck.

Mr. Raught and his crew were always polite, on time, and in constant contact with updates. They were organized and cleaned the work areas each day. The estimate was spot on and the work quality far exceeded our expectations. We still call on Mr. Raught for small jobs and he is still our favorite small contractor.

Mr. Larry Raught and his assistant are professionals. Their care, pride, and expertise are truly outstanding. Let me be clear, I am very much of a perfectionists. Larry and Mundo never were intimidated by my desire for perfection with all details of the job. Larry and Mundo were attentive to all my suggestions and criticisms. Larry wanted to make sure that all parts of the job were done correctly; he would also ask me what I thought. In the selection of the paints and the types of paints to be used for the job. Larry was both attentive and illustrated his wealth of knowledge about the whole spectrum of paints. He provided me with advice that I took into consideration as I made my decisions. In the end, Larry always listened to my point of view and the final decision that I would make, good or bad. Luckily, no bad decisions were made that Larry and Mundo needed to undo. There was one occasion where I did make a mistake, squarely on my shoulders. Because we have a common fence with our neighbor, I selected a color that our neighbor did not approve of. Once the color was negotiated with the neighbor, Larry and Mundo redid the entire one side of the fence. He did this without incident. Larry and Mundo were also attentive in a professionally personal way. They would tell us what was on the agenda for that day, if we did not ask, and would show the progress made in order so we could compare prior to present newly done work. He would also call if he was going to be late to pick up material and the like. One of the finest traits about Larry is that he and Mundo were always on time and worked all day until almost sunset, with no more than a break for lunch and small breaks in between. Larry and Mundo both showed there dedication to the work at hand and through such consistent practice illustrated their deep pride in the work. Some final comments: Larry would receive calls during the day about other pending jobs. Never once that I can recall did he leave the job at our home to go work at another job. He concentrated all his efforts on the job with our home. Of course, if the job, on a particular day, ended early, then, I presume, he would go to another job. But never did Larry nor Mundo skip out of the work that needed to get done at our home. We were always assured of this and indeed the job--all jobs--were completed in a timely manner. Nice! Lastly, when it did rain in late July, there were some small water leaks around the sky lights. I called Larry. He immediately came and fixed the problem which dealt more the the design of the sky lights than his labor. Right away I called Larry that morning; Larry came immediately and fixed the problem, which could have turned to a big problem. He nipped it in the bud, without incident! This says so much about Larry's Mundo's dedication to good work! I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Raught. I recommend E & R Painting without reservations!
