+ -1 moreThey fixed the pool cover for previous owners so I called Brandon ( several times ) and he never called me back , don’t kno what the issue is but really ****** that no one at that store wants to work I will never call or try to use them again ! Horrible customer service

+ -1 moreI’ve used them for years and they’ve always been great. They are punctual and they do a thorough job. They were very knowledgeable and I noticed 2 weeks ago I needed a written report and he told me everything he is going to put in it. Two months ago they changed the fan filter. Over the years it wore down so the filter doesn’t filter as well so they recommended changing it and they did a good job.
Description of Work: We use Discount Pool Spas & Supplies. The last time they came they inspected it, winterized it and closed it down.

Description of Work: We had just moved into the house and I didn’t know anything about pools so they went over the equipment and showed me how to clean the pool. They have that service where they would come out and clean it once a week for you but they showed me how to do it.

Description of Work: Our pool was very dirty and overgrown with algae. They came drained our pool, acid washed it and refilled the pool. We also had a new sand filter installed. They were very professional and punctual.

+ -1 moreBoth the owner Brandon and everyone of his crew have been helpful and seem to know what to do in any problem situation. They come quickly and are always professional and easy to deal with.
Description of Work: We first started our experience with Brandon by buying a hot tub about a year ago. When we moved we chose his company to move it for a low fee and they have dealt with our new pool. Most people don't bother to write when things are good. But things have been great. If you are looking for people who know what they are talking about, not just trying to sell something, this is the place to go! Remember if you buy one from a discount store you will have to take care of it yourself. Pay a little more and get the service that you are bound to need sometime along the way.
