DESERT OASIS PEST CONTROL

They quoted interior and exterior. I wrote back saying I only needed the exterior and how much would that be. No reply at all. Their rates seemed reasonable but I'm disappointed they didn't answer me at all.

Really appreciate Desert Oasis. Have been working with them for a little over 2 years. Indoors, we used to have little winged insects that liked to munch on the carpeting, centipedes (yikes!) and several kinds of roaches. We no longer have to have the indoors sprayed and the outstanding outdoor spray keeps everything under control, thankfully. Very nice company to work with. Thank you Desert Oasis!!!

No complaints. The representative was prompt, politely friendly, knowledgeable, and got to work right away. Since hat treatment (which will be repeated every two months), we've seen a dramatic decline in pests.

I work during the day so my nanny was home when they came. They were very nice and very prompt. I needed someone to spray and I saw on Angie's List that they got a good grade so I called them, and they were there. The price was reasonable. They were on time.

Excellent. Mr. Kohler was briefly delayed for the appointment (for good reason) and was so courteous to call - not something everyone would do. We had detected holes in a tree stump and wanted to be sure that we did not have a termite problem or anything like that. Mr. Kohler inspected our property inside and out, and patiently answered questions. It turns out that no treatment was needed at the time. I really appreciate the courtesy, knowledge, and honesty of Desert Oasis Pest Control. ..highly recommended. It is wonderful and refreshing to see such level of integrity.

We have used this company a total of three times in the last couple of years. Brad, the owner, has always been very professional, courteous, and honest in regards to his services including explaining in detail about the pesticides they use, if there would be any adverse effects to people or pets, and how long to stay off of the treated areas. I actually had called about six weeks previous to this and told them we had a severe ant problem to include a couple other minor bug issues. We set up a time for them to come out, which was just a couple days away, and Scott came at the exact time that he was scheduled to come. He did a very thorough job and our ant problem was resolved. He also gave me informtion and instructions about the pesticide being used. Unfortunately the ants came back a few weeks later. When I called Brad he explained that they had used a combination pesticide, which does not always do as good of a job as using just the ant pesticide. He scheduled Scott to come back in a couple of days and again he arrived promptly once again doing a thorough job using just the ant pesticide. I would definitely recommend this company as they do what you request of them in a highly professional manner and you can tell they truly care about their work and customer satisfaction. He does prefer his customers to be on a yearly plan of I believe four treatments in a year's time to include coming back as many times as it takes to get rid of the problem you are having at no additional charge. We are in the process of thinking about going on their plan.

It was excellent. He did a great job. They called me back exactly when they said they would, they were very courteous, they did a thorough job and did it efficiently, very quickly and set me up on a regular schedule. I will be using them again. They are gonna put me on a three-month schedule.

We found bees were coming into our master bedroom closet - many, many bees! So I called up Desert Oasis based on other reviews in Angie's List. The owner was extremely nice and friendly. He came on a Friday night at 9pm because he prefers to take care of bees when they're quiet (can't blame him!). It took him about 20 minutes to take care of the problem and we haven't seen any bees since. He guaranteed they wouldn't be a problem and they haven't and it's almost been a month since the service was performed.

Exceptional company. They were flexible and worked around the other contractors working on our home. They were professional and personable. I recommended Mr. Kohler to my mother and sister for their home pest control. Both were very pleased. Mr. Kohler eliminated an ant problem that had plagued my mom for a couple of years. Would highly recommend their service and plan to use Desert Oasis for all my future pest control needs.

I have used Desert Oasis for several months now. They have visited monthly and my different roach and other problems in and around the house have disappeared. Personnel always have been polite, professional, and punctual. What blew me away, though, is what happened last Friday. Working in my yard, I accidentally discovered a fire ant colony (picking up more than a dozen bites in the process). I called Brad of Desert Oasis to make an appointment to get the colony removed. Not only was it a menace to people and animals, but all progress was blocked on building my vegetable garden until they were gone. I figured I would probably have to wait a while to get onto their schedule. Instead, Brad was over within an hour. He explained his poisons and how they worked, including how long we would need to stay away from the area to avoid getting stung again. That kind of immediate, professional service is rare and deserves the highest praise. Desert Oasis has my highest recommendation.

Brad is very professional and respectful. He took time to make sure that all areas were covered. I had issues with ants in my yard as well as the general spraying of the home. Brad also noticed that my neighbor's yard has some large ant mounds. My neighbor was also a customer of his, so he sprayed the ants in their yard as well in order to prevent them from coming to my yard. My 4 yr old son is very curious and would follow him around. Brad was very patient in explaining my son's questions as well as continuing to do his job. The job was completed very quickly and Brad was very understanding to make an appt that was suitable for my schedule. The spraying was very effective and a very reasonable cost. I will definitely be calling Desert Oasis for any further pest control needs.

I was very pleased with the service we were given. He worked around our pets' needs to make sure they didn't get into the wet insecticide. When I asked what would be good for aphids on our sun flowers, he offered to spray them at no extra cost.

Overall, very good service. A small hiccup getting set up for montly service, and a little delay getting the invoice to us, but the only impact was to him in getting payment from us. Very professional, will continue to use for service. I don't know if our previous provider was maybe not using the same chemicals, but after a treatment from Desert Oasis, we seem to have a lot more dead bugs than with our previous provider. Also, since my wife has severe phobias about bugs, it was great that when I called Desert Oasis, he understood and was able to come out later that day.

This company was absolutely awesome. I like doing business with them because they are very nice, honest, and affordable. They do a good job.

I am very satisfied with the service we have received from Desert Oasis. I used them for the last 5 years and my mother continues to use since she still lives there.
