The owner's name is Brett. If they see any problems they let me know what the problems are, and they replace it. If they have to replace a part, they do that. They look after the pool when we are on vacation to make sure there are no issues with the pool. They show up on their route and they don't come at a certain time. We don't have to be home when they show up; they have a key to the gate. I use them twice a month during the non-summer months. They come weekly during the summer. They leave me a tag each time they come. They charge $232.87 every two months when it is twice a month. They also charge the same amount monthly during the summer because they come four times a month. If a part is needed that is extra.
