The work lasted one month to the day. Mr. Mike Madrid was professional and thorough. In order to stay on schedule, a work plan was created and gone over with Mr. Madrid; general estimates of work time for everything was calculated in the overall job. This was important for us and, I would think, a bit stressful for Mr. Madrid. But in the end, Mike came through with flying colors. A quiet man by nature, he made sure that his work crew did what needed to get done. He chose excellent and experienced subcontractors for the electrical work, tile back splash work, plumbing, and the like. He also was most helpful in steering me in the right direction when it came to cabinet selection. Mr. Madrid installed all the cabinetry to perfect specs; he was meticulous in follow-through. His work crew was clean and courteous. Also, I subtracted some of the work, e.g., the wood floor. Mr. Madrid assisted in keeping the work flow seamless. Lastly, I as the home owner am, more or less, a type A. Mr. Madrid was patient and always professional with me, even though I would get impatient or think that some part of the work had not been done correctly. He listened carefully and always would make sure that both my wife and I were happy with the many complicated stages of the work. I give Mr. Mike Madrid and DEBCO Company my highest recommendation, without reservations!
