They did all the work quickly and efficiently and tidied up after completing the work. They were professional, polite and reasonable. I would use this service again.
Description of Work: Unlocked interior door and re-keyed multiple exterior and interior doors. Made extra keys.

+ -1 moreChanged one set of locks and rekeyed door for me. I called him to do another door at the same residence and he agreed to do it. Set an appointment for the next morning. He didn't show up. I called him after waiitng 30 minutes; he forgot. Made an appointment for right after lunch -- 2 1/2 hours later. He didn't show up for that appointment either! Didn't call, never explained, showed no courtesy, professionalism, respect for my time. I was very disappointed after my first experience was so good.Changed
Description of Work: Changed one set of locks on a house door and rekeyed storm door and front door. Then I called him to install new locks and rekey back door -- no show -- failed to keep appointments TWICE, never called.
