Description of Work: Jesus completely framed a 24 x 36 Casita addition we made to our home. He was even early for each of his appointments and came by several times to work out the estimate and go over our approved plans. His suggestions for improvements were well received. His crew came by early each day and immediately began working. They always had a smile on their faces and worked very well as a coordinated team. Each day they made sure we had the proper supplies ready for the next days job. If we changed our mind about a task, they readily complied. Knowing that lumber is expensive they were very efficient in using up each piece, making precision cuts. Our structure involved the lifting of 27" x 3" x 14-36' beams to make a cathedral ceiling. We thought we would have to hire a crane crew but these guys, working together lifted each beam in place and fine tuned the fit as each was installed. Fantastic job. They came back and framed in all the doors and windows when they arrived. They then installed soffett coverings and facia on the high up 5' overhangs around the entire structure. They completed the job in under 6 days. Jesus came by each day and examined their workmanship. He even came by to check out what the framing inspector said. He stuck to his estimate and accepted full payment when the job was completed. He was hired again when we discoverd a rotten wall on the existing home. We we leaving Las Cruces in two days for the season. We called for help, he came, told us what he would do, gave us a price and his crew was back the next day with all supplies and had the entire wall torn off and rebuilt in 6 hours. Another great job. We will hire him and his crew next winter for more remodeling jobs.
