Henry Aguirre is the technician we request for our quarterly treatment. He is professional, thorough, friendly and conscientious in his work. If we have questions he answers them and if he is not completely sure of the details he has the office contact us by phone and they do so in a very timely manner. At this time we are having "phase 2" of our backyard landscaping done. The yard is xeroscaped and today a large area of gravel, weed cloth and dirt were moved in preparation for the new design. We were very concerned about what typed of insects would be found during the process. NO scorpions, centipedes, millipedes, or signs of nests appeared or were found. There were a few, 2-3, roaches but you can't get away from them here in Las Cruces and they were dying. I was amazed and thrilled since I have "bugphobia". We never find anything bug wise in our home except for an occasional little dead spider or roach and that's usually when the garage door into the house has been used quite a bit during the day. Border Pest Control is a wonderful company to work with and they provide the type of service they advertise. We plan a continued relationship with them.

I always get an email about 2 weeks before the appointment, confirming the service and they give an approximate time, like today was between 9-11am. Then the technician also calls the day before to clarify if we want inside as well as outside done. If it is just outside, we do not need to be home, but if inside of course we need to be here, so the "heads up" ahead of time is great. When we 1st finished building, we had tarantulas outside and scorpions inside, and within one treatment , all disappeared. Very professional and courteous technicians that come, and also very knowledgeable, when we had a smaller type beetle hanging around, he knew precisely what it was and how to get rid of it. They are generally on time, and call if running late, which is a great plus. can give them a A+ for service and professionalism. Good company and will continue to use them. And the billing is done online, with a credit card,which we choose to do for simplicity, so there is no need to write a check each time they come, or to be home to give it to them.

Border Pest Control has been to our home to inspect and spray inside and outside for all types of insects on a quarterly basis since the completion of our home been built and before we moved our belongings in. This day of service was the most pleasant and thorough and I attribute that to the technician, Henry. He took the time to discuss with me the type of problems we had been seeing recently. He listened as I told him about areas of concern and he toured the house before spraying inside, all the while being trailed by my service dog. Henry treated the perimeter of our home before coming back inside to collect the necessary fee. This was different from other technicians that usually asked for payment before treatment outside so they could just leave when they were finished. Henry also gave my dog a milkbone on the sly which I thought was a sweet gesture. I am hoping Henry will be available to do our next scheduled service. He provided professional, thorough, and knowledgeable service that represents Border Pest Control as it should be.

We live in Talavera so we're in the desert. We've used another pest control service before for spraying the outside perimeter of the house but always seemed to have some bugs in the house after they sprayed. After we switched to Border Pest Control we've seen virtually none inside the house. We've used them for a couple of years now with these great results. They arrive at the same time each month and are punctual. The technician is here for about 15 minutes to get the work done and will spray the inside of our garage if I have the door open (in addition to the regular outside perimeter service). I wouldn't use anyone else.

I called them the first time, and they responded within an hour and scheduled the service for the next day. They are professional, have a web portal where you can track and report pest issues as well as monitor your billing account. Great people and great service!

We moved into an adobe home that had sat vacant for about 8months. And we sit at the edge of the city with our backyard bunting up to BLM land. It took a couple of months to be pest free. But, under the circumstances....I understand. They kept at it until we were best free of scorpions, cockroaches, spiders, millipedes

Both Brad and his son showed up. They listened to our problems and went to work. The whole house and yard got sprayed in less than half an hour. We are very happy with the results.
