Beehive Electric does quality work and really cares about their customers. The owner personally called me after working on a problem for me to make sure everything was still alright. In addition, they come out quickly after being called and really try to squeeze in customers who have serious problems. Great company!!!!

Everything went great. Austin arrived on time and set about trying to determine the cause of my problem He checked the switch, replaced the fan control and ultimately determined that the breaker was faulty. He replaced the breaker and things are working fine. He was extremely courteous and professional. I would definitely hire them again

A+++ - We called Beehive to help with outlet/circuit problem. The arrived the same day... looked at the problem, were misled by our description of the problem... but they quickly solved the problem (it was just a partially thrown breaker) and went away without charging a penny. Ryan and the Tech. with him arrived about ten minutes before the appointment time and were very professional. The job was done faster than I expected and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I need electrical work done.

Service representative traced the source of the problem. After discussion, I chose not to have the problem fixed because we were undecided about keeping the Jacuzzi. It went horribly! I solicited several estimates for the work we needed done from several electric companies in the area. Mike from Beehive bragged on and on about his outstanding customer service record and being number one on Angie’s list and winning numerous customer service awards. He also promised that he was always reliable and on time. So I decided to go with him. The work I needed done also required me to do certain things to prepare for Mike to include: 1.) booking a plumber to also be there at the same time, 2.) digging a trench, 3.) buying materials. So I did all of these things. Then, at the very last minute, Mike called and backed out because he said he wanted to take that day/time to bid on another contract that would give him more money! Really! We had a binding agreement…we had a discussion and acceptance of price, work, date and time…we had a verbal contract and a handshake! So blatantly this is a total breach of contract on Mike’s (and Beehive’s) part, not to mention that it’s just bad customer service, bad business, and just flat out bad ethics and manors! I have since found out that all of Mike’s bragging about great customer service is just a lie. He has complaints against him and Beehive with the Better Business Bureau for providing terrible customer service and for even just not showing up at jobs when he promised to, just like he did to me. I have also found out that this is how Mike and Beehive usually operate. Mike accepts offers from residential customers for work they need done, but if something bigger comes along, he dumps the customer and doesn’t show up to do the work.

Technician arrived at my residence within 30 minutes of my phone call to Beehive Electric's office requesting service. The Technician verified that no power was available at the GFI outlet and the GFI was not faulty. He then checked the Main Electrical Panel connections and circuit breakers and determined that the circuit breaker for the GFI was faulty. He installed a replacement circuit breaker to complete the repair. During the entire repair process the Technician was professional, courteous and personable.

Mike Gray came out the next day to give me a bid on the job which I accepted on the spot. I wanted to replace the existing fluorescent tubes with no ballast LED tubes to forestall this job as long into the future as I could. The LEDs should last one long time. I wanted to order the new tubes from Amazon which was OK with Mike and we set a date for about a week to have the job completed. I emphasized to Mike the delicate nature of the model trains and track he would be working over and amongst. Beehive showed up right on time on the scheduled day. Mike came himself but since his ladder enthusiasm was right in there with mine, he brought along two nice young fellows to do the "high work". They had a special multi-jointed ladder and with a goodly amount of care completed the job without any delays. I also had Beehive repair two outside flood lights at the house ridge line while they were here that I had mentioned to Mike previously. Since the ordering quantity restrictions of the LED tubes from Amazon caused me to have four extra tubes, Mike had his guys use them in one of the other garages- NO CHARGE. I paid them as per the quote and they and I parted company quite happily.

Great service again from Justin and Ryan. Justin, called the day before to confirm the appointment which I am finding in Las Cruces, most don't do. Justin, came on time did all the work and cleaned up after themselves. Great service and great company. You need electrical work this is the company.

Mike came out the day after I requested an appointment through Angie's List. When he found he was running late on another job, he called to let me know when to expect him. He was very professional throughout. We had no power in the bathroom wall outlets for months. The house was built in 1979 and we have never had an electrical problem we could not fix ourselves; but even my handy plumber son was unable to find the reason behind this issue. Mike found it quickly though, after checking fuses and searching out other outlets on the same circuit. The ground and "hot" wires were touching in the outlet on the patio (which had been rarely used over the years). Mike replaced the box and wired it up correctly, and solved the problem. All in less than an hour. Excellent experience, and I will call him again when I need electrical help.

Was prompt, able to handle this with very short notice, efficient, polite, and excellent work from Mike.

As always, the team showed up on time, were professional and did excellent work in record time. Beehive (especially Jeff) are my go-to team for all our electrical work precisely because of this kind of service.

One problem was: We had no electricity in the bathroom power outlets. This problem had occurred at least twice before (over several years). Beehive Electric traced the problem back to a non-functioning circuit breaker and replaced that circuit breaker. Finally I can be sure that this issue is solved properly and for good. The company also told us that in two light fixtures we had used the wrong type of bulbs all along. The electricians replaced the bulbs with the proper kind. I cannot say enough about how helpful, prompt, and courteous the company's technicians are. They are willing to go the extra mile, they put the customer first, and from what I saw truly take pride in their work. I very highly recommend this company. He was fast and courteous. Very knowledgeable. He was on time. Went right to work.

I had 3 electrical outlets that were not working in the master bathroom. While trouble shooting the problem, Jeff found other outlets that weren't working either. He was very thorough in checking everything out. Neither of us could find a reset button but after an hour of persistence on Jeff's part, he found it in an uncommon place & it was hidden by "stuff" in the garage. Everything popped back into working order once he found the reset button. Easy fix after all. Not so easy to find.
