Horrible. Despicable. they left tar all ove the driveway which was tracked into the house and stuck to the tile floors huge streaks of tar. The job took weeks and weeks, much longer than expected. They did not tell us that all the roofing materials, sand, rocks, tar would come thru the ceiling and they did not recommend covering furniture and rugs. The house was a complete mess inside, so much sand and dirt falling thru the wood ceiling and roof onto all our furniture, shelving, books, stereo, TV, everything. It took days to clean up. We had to hire a profession floor cleaner to get the tar up. And we had to hire a power wash driveway cleaner to get outside tar up. They they said they would pay for those services but the driveway people still have not gotten paid. Also we still have not received our guarantee which was promised when they received payment from insurance. They guy, Matt who was our contact will not answer his phone and his voice mail box is full. We will have an attorney pursue the matter of the Driveway cleanup payment. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY

The weather did not cooperate, but Johnny Barron did everything he could to make it right. First class! He navigated the insurance process and was very familiar with the workings of insurance. He is very professional.

It was great! Joe Ruiz was in our neighborhood and we asked if he could look at our roof as another contractor we had called did not follow through on contacting us. He very graciously took the time to stop what he was doing and climb up on our roof to check it out. He was very helpful about showing us what our insurance had covered and what additional needs would be applied for. He took care of informing the insurance company of his findings and the extra needs the adjuster had not been able to see. Within two days, we had a signed contract to get our work done, even though they were very busy. They finished everything in one day! They got the proper permits (very important) and arrived at 7:30 am to start work. They scraped off the old tiles and inspected the decking for damages. They replaced what was necessary and put the new shingles on. They also replaced the damaged flashing on the swamp cooler to make sure we would not have leaks. By 5:30 pm, they were clearing everything away and running a large magnet over the roof and ground around the house to pick up any loose nails that might hurt us or our pets. That was very appreciated. Joe has stayed in touch to answer any questions we had and was very attentive through the whole process. We will definitely use Barron Roofing in the future and recommend them to everyone in the Las Cruces area. They are local, licensed and insured, and do great work!
