I'm very pleased with the service. They were very good and they knew what they do. They had a reasonable price and did a high quality of work.

I really like them, they were perfected. They don't just do things just to get the work done, they did a great work very professional. They were the only one I trust. They don't have the cheapest pricing, but not that more expensive I don't mind the both as long as they did a great work.

Excellent Armando found a place where the old stucco had leaked and rotted some wood. He repaired that too. He proved to be an excellent carpenter, roofer and stucco professional.

Armando Zertuche was doing a roofing job on my neighbor's roof and that is how I contacted him. He came over twice to look at my roofing issues and came back on a Friday to give me a contract. He required 50% down payment $900.00 and I was told he will start Monday or Tuesday. He did not come Monday. On Tuesday, a friend recommended another roofer who came to look at my problem and I informed him of the plan Armando Zertuche was going to do. He completely disagreed saying that it will not resolve my problem which is actually bad construction to begin with. That evening I called Armando Zertuche to cancel the project since he did not even start yet. I also put in a stop payment for the check I wrote him. During the whole conversation he did not inform me that he already cashed the check. I found out from the bank a week later that he was paid but during this whole time he did not even call me to return the money I gave him for a project he did not even do. I called and confronted him of this and he informed me he is too busy to meet with me and return my money but will call me the next day. He did meet with e the next day and only returned $700, keeping $200 as well as having me sign a paper that said no other money was owed. Lesson learned for me to contact other roofers before settling with the first one I meet who was conveniently in the area. By the way, the roofer I eventually used charged a whole lot less and fixed it the way it should be done.
