We left town for the first part, 5 days, then returned a day after the contractor said it would be done. It was almost complete, and he was very good to work with in finishing it up.

Great experience with Metal Craft. They measured the whole house, then engineered the proper size system. We are doing an extensive remodel (down to the studs) so we wanted all all new ductwork. They sized th ductwork for each room for maximum efficiency. They then installed a high quality (Lennox) furnace and central refrigerated air conditioning. They were not the low bidder on the job, but we would certainly use them again!

The water heater and its piping was replaced with a "water-less" water heater. During installation, technician encountered problem with external mixing valve. He, finally, got it to work. The work done was excellent, the new water heater works perfectly and is more efficient than the old one. The work of removing the old water heater and its piping and replacing it with the new heater and new piping was done efficiently and effectively and the technician stayed after normal working hours to make sure that it was completed in one day to my complete satisfaction.

It was fine. They were on time and professional. I'd recommend them to anybody!

It went very well considering the mechanics of adding a room while we were living in the original part of the house. Our original system had to be replaced which was done so we could have air conditioning as the construction continued. The adjustments that we needed as we changed from air conditioning to heating were done promptly and very professionally. They used air measurement techniques that helped us moderate and adjust air flow. It is important to note that any time i called the office, the office staff answered promptly, addressed any concerns and got me to the appropriate people as soon as possible. For me, that means that both the office and other staff work well together and communication is considered to be an important component.

The service was performed efficiently and well. The only problem I had with the entire experience was the person who answered the phone said she would check the schedule and call me right back with an appointment time. After hearing nothing for several hours, I made an appointment with another service company. Within a couple minutes of making that call, I received a call from the dispatcher at Metal Craft informing me that a service tech was on the way to my house, so I had to cancel the second appointment.
