 + -1 moreThese folks are so accommodating. Between me and the insurance company, the work order never made it to their office. So when I arrived at my appointed time of 8 AM (a one hour drive from Deming), the counter did not have any paper work for me and to make it worse, they hadn't ordered the replacement windshield. Well the President (Henry Gonzalez) came to my rescue. He had one of the office girls call the insurance company to find out what went wrong and while she was doing that, he called his supplier and requested a rush order for the windshield. Everything finally got straightened out and I had my new windshield installed by 1:30 PM. Did I mention that the new glass didn't arrive until 12:30 PM. I can't stress enough how helpful they all were, from the president to the office staff and the installer. Thank you all so much!!

I was provided with all the information I was seeking, starting with repair/replace options available to me, estimated cost to replace windshield and insurance impacts. Once I decided to have the windshield replaced, I was able to schedule to have the work done in just a couple days. On the day the windshield was replaced the work was done exactly as promised, on-time and in accordance with the price estimate. These people are both friendly and professional. I won't hesitate to go back whenever I need their help and I recommend them without reservation.

 + -1 moreI left my car with them for the day so they could diagnose and repair my loose exterior mirror - telling them that I would agree to charges up to $200 without being contacted beforehand. Later I was contacted that the car was ready and that the charge was just $45. In talking with the mechanic later, he told me that after securing the driver side mirror, he checked the passenger side mirror, found it to be loose and repaired it as well. I was very impressed that I was only charged $45. I will not hesitate to go to them again.
