Jackie and her crew are amazing!! After moving into our new home we noticed that our grout was mismatched throughout the house. We thought it was dirty, but the house was brand new. Jackie came in and knew exactly what needed to be done. The grout was replaced with one color and sealed. The tile in my house looks like it should have looked from the beginning. Jackie used a color seal that looks fantastic. I have scheduled to have all the tile on my countertops, showers, nichos, and kitchen cleaned and color sealed too.

I am extremely pleased with knowing that the grout between my tiles will stay looking good for many years to come. Jackie and James sealed the grout in my entire house - floors, shower and all the granite throughout. They are very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. They explained how and why the sealing works and how to maintain it. Since I have a new house, I wanted to prevent problems from occurring, so sealing the grout before I moved in made the most sense to me. Jackie went out of her way to accommodate my move in date, so all the floors were sealed before the movers came. I am so happy with the results. It is easy to have good looking floors in spite of the normal wear and tear of life and as I have allergies, my entire house is tiled - over 2300 sq. ft. - a task they could handle quite well. I highly recommend About Grout! I question the review of the first person. Jackie and James are most responsible people who performed work only to YOUR satisfaction. That review doesn't sound anything like the experience I had with them. As you can request a free estimate, you will be able to tell how responsive and friendly they are when you meet them. I never would have hired them again to do more work for me if they had not been as professional as they are.

The outcome was totally amazing. The photos clearly show how stained the grout was and now all the tile looks NEW. They worked for 2 days and were quiet and unobtrusive. I am totally satisfied with the work! Jackeline does the work to re-seal the grout by hand!!!!

They were extremely professional, very hard working, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs or wanted their tile and grout cleaned and sealed.

It went very well. Jackie and the others worked hard for both days. They were full days with just a short break for lunch. All three people were professional and friendly throughout the time, even though they must have been very tired by the end of each day. They arrived on schedule and Jackie coordinated what they were going to do throughout the job. To do the whole house might have seemed expensive at first, but given the amount of work involved and the gorgeous results it was worth every penny!

Jackie gave us an estimate of cost and stuck with that price, although it took longer than she originally estimated to complete the work because the substance on the tiles was difficult to remove. When the job was completed, they put all the furniture back in place and tidied the house

She is very informative professional and has a strong work ethic. She taught me how to clean the tile floors and care for the granite. She gave me a sample of her recommended cleaning solution it works fabulously!

Jackie and her husband arrived in the morning and spent about 3 hours cleaning and resealing the grout in our master shower. When they left, Jackie said "if any marks appear in the grout, call us and we will come right out and fix them". The very next morning marks appeared on the grout, so I started what would be three weeks of calls to her voice mail. I was worried that the longer we waited, it may be necessary to clean the grout again instead of just touching up. Finally after three weeks, she answered her phone. I told her the problem and she gave me a song and dance about how busy she has been and how tired. Every time I mentioned our problem, she told me how tired she was and how busy she had been. In utter frustration I said "well, why don't we just forget about all the marks on my grout then". Her answer: Okay! OKAY! Can you imagine. I was so stunned that I had no answer and no longer wanted to talk to her, so I hung up. I figured that I would hear from her with an apology and offer to come fix what they missed. Never happened. So I recommend not using this company.
