In removing the old driveway, he did significant damage to the stucco on the front of our house. He raised the price more than once throughout the several days it took him to do the work. He provided absolutely no grade on one section of driveway where I requested a slight drainage grade. There, and on the sidewalk, we now have large pools of water whenever it rains (and dangerous ice in the winter). These pools are up to an inch deep because of the extremely irregular surface finish. He mis-estimated a concrete order, which means one half of the driveway has an ugly-looking small "afterthought" segment 2 feet long. In the several months since the job, several long, deep cracks have developed. In re-paving our sidewalk, he mis-seated the anchors for two roof support posts. They were several inches out of plumb. I had to grind out the steel anchors, patch with new concrete, and install new anchors and post bases.
Description of Work: Remove old concrete driveway and sidewalk. Re-grade and install new concrete driveway (~1000 sf)

business was going to level and grade (for drainage) our driveway and back yard. i needed it done as soon as possible and agreed on june 21st as i spoke with his wife after the estimate. that wanted gravel on sight before coming to do the job, i had about 3 weeks to prepare and i told the wife to not worry about the gravel - IT WOULD BE THERE FOR THE APPOINTMENT. on the 20 i called to confirm our appointment because i had not heard anything from the company. mr. osbourn answered and i excitedly asked if we still had a date for tomorrow. -silence- and then "NOPE" RUDE? YES! he said , very non shalontlie that he knew nothing about the appointment and was waiting for me to call and let him know i had gravel. i explained to him that this was set up weeks ago through his wife and i told her to not worry about the gravel- IT WOULD BE THERE. he said "NOPE" dont know nothin about it" he told me it would be another week before he could come and do the work. i told him that i had worked for 2 days to clear the yard for the work he would be doing... including a dog kennel. I WAS P*****! i told him to never mind i would find someone else. im sure you can see my frustration! his non-caring attitude over the phone was an insult and his unwillingness to correct the problem immediately was very unprofessional.
